The business

Services
I provide done-for-you local business websites and related local growth services (Google Business Profile help, review requests, lead alerts and auto-replies, lead logs, online booking setup, monthly reporting, and hosting). Exact scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices on this site are starting prices in USD and may change for custom scope.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate business information, logos, photos you have rights to use, and timely feedback. You keep ownership of your domain and any accounts in your name (Google Business Profile, analytics, email). You are responsible for the truthfulness of your business claims and compliance with advertising rules in your industry.
Intellectual property
After the setup fee is paid and the site is delivered, you own the custom content created for your business. Reusable frameworks, scripts, and design systems I bring to the project remain mine, with a license for you to keep using them on your site.
Payment & commitment
Setup fees and monthly fees are due as agreed. Website and Leads & Local continue month-to-month until canceled under the Refund & Cancellation policy. The Growth package ($297/mo — “Never miss a lead”) requires a 6-month minimum commitment; after month 6, it continues until canceled with 30 days' written notice under that same policy.
No guarantees of rankings or revenue
I build for local search and lead capture using sound practices. I do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volume, or sales results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Tennessee law, my total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Tennessee unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Changes
I may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change when I do. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
