Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plain-English rules for setup fees and monthly packages. Last updated November 1, 2026.
Who this covers
These terms apply to website setup fees and monthly Website, Leads & Local, and Growth packages sold by Chuck Huckaby (sole proprietor), based in Middle Tennessee and serving businesses nationwide.
Setup fees
The setup fee is fully refundable if you cancel in writing before work starts (before I begin design, copy, or technical setup on your project).
If work has already started, I will refund a fair unused portion of the setup fee based on work completed. Once your site (or agreed deliverable) is approved and published, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly packages
Monthly fees are billed in advance in United States dollars.
Website and Leads & Local: you may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
Growth ($297/mo, “Never miss a lead”): requires a 6-month minimum commitment. After the first 6 months, you may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Early cancellation during the minimum term does not refund months already billed and remaining months in the minimum term remain due unless we agree otherwise in writing.

There are no refunds for partial months already billed. After the notice period ends (and any Growth minimum has been satisfied), billing stops and I will hand over access to your site files, domain DNS notes, and any shared lead sheet.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email [email protected] with your business name and what you need. I aim to confirm within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within about 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact me first so we can fix the issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting me may delay resolution.
